We do reserve the right to change prices of products available on our website without notice – your understanding in this matter is appreciated.


If the product won’t come up to your expectations, you have 14 days to send it back (at your own expense) and get a refund (excluding shipping costs). All items are subject to a 10restocking fee on all returnable items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Any goods returned without our permission may be refused. Freight charges for returned shipments are the responsibility of the customer.


Binaural Enthusiast warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase.

If something stopped working during the warranty period, obviously we would be more than willing to help you solve the problem. You would have to send the product to us, and then we would do our best to repair it so that it could be fully functional again. You would have to deliver the product at your own expense. We’ll cover only the shipping cost for sending repaired product back to you.

Warranty coverage only applies to the original purchaser, when purchased directly from our website www.binauralenthusiast.com or an autorished dealer. Proof of Purchase (Invoice) must be included with all warranty returns.

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Rental or Commercial use
  • damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, product modification or neglect,
  • damage occurring during shipment;
  • damage caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by Binaural Enthusiast
  • products not purchased from Binaural Enthusiast or autorished Binaural Enthsuiast dealer.

To obtain warranty service, contact us at: contact@binauralenthusiast.com. You will need your order as well as invoice number.

In some products the ears as well as the dummy head can have some imperfections, such as very small holes from air bubbles, or very fine scratches. This does not affect the function or the quality of the recorded sound and therefore is not covered under the warranty.


If our products fail or do not perform as warranted, the sole recourse shall be to repair or replace the product as described above. We will not be liable for any damages that result from the failure of this product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product.

We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of anymerchandise bought from us.


The Consumer will pay for the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package, and its size. We use FedEx International Priority shipping service. Every package is fully insured.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If the supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside the Supplier’s control then they will contact the Consumer as soon as possible to let them know and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. 

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the case of any damage the carrier’s agent must make the proper notation on the delivery receipt. Do not accept any items delivered by the carrier unless they are in perfect condition. The Consignee must make application directly to the Carrier for adjustment for any damaged Goods, concealed or otherwise.

The price does not include customs fees or any other charges for importing goods that your country may impose. Therefore, before you buy one of my products, please contact your local customs office in order to find out how much it would cost to import this particular product to your country.


Products or items purchased from Binaural Enthusiast maybe limited in their availability. Some products may not be available for immediate shipment. If the item is labeled “In Stock” it will most likely ship in one week from acceptance the order. 


The corporate trademarks and servicemarks of the Company that appear on this Website are the exclusive property of Pawel Dobosz (Binaural Enthusiast) Fiolkowa Street, 43-332 Pisarzowice Silesia Province, and no use or other rights are granted with respect to these trademarks without the express, written approval of the Company.
